We are a charity committed to promoting planning and architecture, and appreciation of features of historic or public interest in the North-West, and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team.
Your role will be centred on working with the custodians of some of our most important historic buildings. We are looking for someone who will help us test ideas, to plan and develop a project that includes training, support, and guidance for historic building owners, and procurement for collaborative preventative maintenance programmes.
The successful applicant will work with, and be supported by our Project Manager, Committee and Partners to play an important role the development of an exciting new built heritage project in the Derry City & Strabane Area. This role may suit someone who wants to forge a new career in heritage, or progress an existing career, and develop new skills in the sector.
This role is kindly supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and is offered initially on a fixed term contract for 1 year, with possibility extension subject to continued funding for a subsequent delivery phase. Apply now.
